Facebook Marquee All Inclusive Party Night

Tickets are priced at £37 each. These tickets are only available for the marquee night on 1^st December 2011 at the following VILLAGE hotels: VILLAGE Ashton, VILLAGE Dudley, VILLAGE Farnborough, VILLAGE Hull, VILLAGE Newcastle, VILLAGE Warrington and VILLAGE Wirral. An initial deposit of £10 per person must be provided when booking your tickets. Customers have a week to pay this deposit from day of booking. All guests must pay in full by Monday 31^st October 2011.The menu is a set menu. This party night includes a free bar*, Light snack and DJ and Entertainment. Only one drink per customer will be served, customers should bring their empty Glass/Bottle back to the bar to exchange for the next drink. Booking & Payment
1. A £10 deposit per person is required at the time of booking to secure your place. 2. No party bookings may be charged to account unless you hold a credit facility with VILLAGE Hotels & Leisure Ltd. 5. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable, and cannot be offset against any other products. 6. All prices include Vat at the prevailing rate. 7. Multiple cheques/credit cards are not acceptable - one organizer cheque/card number per party. All cheques made payable to VILLAGE Hotels & Leisure Ltd. 8. All outstanding monies settled prior to arrival. 9. Confirmation of your booking will be sent together with a receipt of monies paid.

Food & Beverage
10. Pre-orders if requested for food should be returned by the 18^th November 2011. 11. Where a food order is not provided, a set meal of the day will be served. 12. (v) Suitable for vegetarians. 13. VILLAGE Hotels & Leisure will not knowingly sell any food required to be labeled as containing GM material. 14. We cannot guarantee that dishes do not contain nuts or nut derivatives, or that fish products are totally free from bones. 15. No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the hotel for consumption or prizes. 16. Leisure members' discounts are restricted in respect of function events; please check with the hotel for specific information on a specific event. 17. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure minimum numbers. Where the hotel has contracted entertainment though an agency. 19. Where applicable, tables under 10 may be shared in the function suite.

General
19. The hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable behavior and levels of noise from guests or representatives. The organizer is responsible for the behavior of their group and should take all steps necessary for corrective action should that be requested by representatives of the hotel. 20. Please note the dress code for all events is smart casual unless otherwise stated, and we kindly ask for no jeans, trainers, baseball caps, hoodies or casual headwear. 21. Details are correct at the time of going to print and may be subject to alteration without prior notice. 22. The minimum age for persons attending functions is 18 except by prior notification. 23. All accommodation bookings must be paid in full and are non-transferable or refundable in the event of a cancellation other than for a valid medical reason where proof of incapacity will be required. For reservations on New Year's Eve, full payment is required at the time of booking. 24. We are unable to offer baby listening, baby sitting, child minding and on New Year's Eve, room service for food & beverages. 25. Guests & visitors are not permitted to join any event for entertainment only. 26. The hotel does not accept liability in respect of loss or damage to articles brought into the hotel or car park.

Dining over the Festive Period

Please note over the festive period, there will be limited dining available within the hotel especially during weekends in December. This is due to the volume of guests attending catered party nights. To avoid disappointment please ring the hotel prior to arrival.
